Instant Greek Iced Coffee

So we're sitting at home on a lazy Sunday the pack of teens and twenty somethings that are our childrean have vanished for parts unknown; While relaxing in the kitchen we get a surprise knock on the door.  Surprise guests while always welcome sometimes catch us with an empty pantry.

Try this

Instant Greek Iced Coffee

Ingredients - (per serving)

 2 teaspoons instant coffee
1-2 teaspoons sugar
2 ice cubes
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup cold milk

Note: I like to turn off the warmer after the first cup of coffee in the morning to let the coffee cool down before it burns. It makes a great alternative to using instant coffee.

Preparation

Preparation time 5 minutes.

Before starting place a glass pitcher and glassware in the freszer for 15 minutes or until you are ready to serve.

1. Place instant coffee, sugar, ice cubes and water in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake vigorously for 30 seconds, or until frothy. Stir in milk.

Serve and enjoy!
