This hot afternoon treat has no real name because I've never named it. I served it recently and well it went over so well that I thought that I'd share it. It's name is very descriptive Maple Iced Rum Coffee.
Until recently the micro-roasting industry existed predominately on the West Coast of North America. We have visited some great local roasters in the region all with a unique perspective on the industry.
How can I buy coffee beans direct from producers in Asia, Africa or South America?
I'm happy to buy the full price for good coffee beans, but I want my money to go direct to the producer, not to a middle man.
